Read the Book Before Judging the Cover I'll never grace the cover of GQ magazine. I'll never make the list of America's Most Elegable Bachelors. Hell, I may not turn many heads when I walk through a crowded room. But, You will meet few men like me.

I am a firm believer that chivalry is not dead. I was raised by my mother and stepfather to treat people the way that I wish to be treated. They also instilled the belief in me that one should never ask someone else to give more than you are willing to give. I am a believer that if you give someone your word, you should keep it. If you make someone a promise, it should be fulfilled no matter what.

For my height, I am about ten pounds over weight, but I carry it well. I have more gray hair than a man my age should have. but, I have earned every one of them. I have my days when I'm lazy as all get out. I have been known to snore when I sleep. I have been known to go for days without shaving. I can be a bit too sarcastic at times.

Then again, if you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best.

I have a heart of gold and will go above and beyond to help my family and friends and especially the one lady that I have committed myself to. My word is my bond. A promise made is a promise kept. I am honest (to a fault). I am sincere. I am very loving and affectionate. When I make the decision that I am going to date you, it is YOU that I am dating, not half the other women on this site. I take commitments very seriously. I love to have a good time and laugh, especially at myself.

Last, but certainly not least, I am a father of some of the most wonderful children in the world. Of course they mean the world to me. That is why you will probably not meet them until I have a firm grasp on where our relationship is going to go. With their mother walking out on me and being with multiple men, I refuse to add to the confusion they are already dealing with.
