my signaficant other Please let me tell you a little about myself.

I am presently living and working in Chengdu, China. I live near Sichuan University near Jiu yan chao and I work near the American Consulate in Chengdu.

I was an electronics technician in the US Navy for 21 years (1982-2003).I retired from the military in 2003 and I started working for a company in San Diego teaching computer networking. In July 2004 I left the San Diego company and moved to Virginia to start working for another international company for overseas assignments. I was in Buenos Aires for 2 years before coming to Chengdu and I will be here for 2 years. This is the reason why I wanted to start a friendship.

I was married in 1984 and divorced in 2000 and I have a Daughter 22 who has graduated from university in Los Angeles, California and a son 19 who goes to university and lives with his mother in San Diego, California. My x wife is from the Philippines. She was my pen pal when I was in the Navy and then when my ship visited the Philippines I use to visit her in Manila where she was working as a nurse and occasionally I would take vacation and visit her. That is how we met and how our relationship was developed.

Unfortunately, after 15 years of marriage I had to divorce her due to a gambling problem that she could not stop. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done.

I like to listen to music, dance, play tennis, go to the beach, cook and be out in nature.

I would like to remarry again and I thought this might be a good way to meet someone with similar interests.
