I'm at a point in my life where I'd like to have a fresh start. What's a better way to do it other than meeting new people and making new friends?

I have a tendency to be brutally honest, and most find that a turn off. Don't get me wrong, I love to make other happy since I am a Libra, I just don't like to sugar coat things, so no one knows what my feelings are on the issue. My thoughts, and opinions are out there for everyone who wants to get to know me to see. I don't like to put up walls, but only the few who are willing to return the favor will get close to my heart.

When it comes to relationships, I am a hopeless romantic. I love hand made or very thoughtful gifts. I don't like expensive gift exchanges because the price tags hold no value to me; I'm a firm believer of 'its the thought that counts'. I love to take my girl to different places, try new things with them, finding things to do together. I also love to stay home and cuddle there is nothing better than spending an evening cuddled up with a lovely lady and watching the snow or rain outside, talking about dreams and hopes as well as anything that's interesting. If I really have to divide how my time would be spent while in the relationship, 1/4 of it would be spent with friends and family, 1/4 spent on adventures out and 1/2 spent on one-on-one time, while she would be welcome to be involved in all of it. I'm fine with giving her the space and time to herself when she needs it, the only thing I ask for in return is her love and caring. I am also adamantly against cheating. I can't stand people who lie to me, and I hate to lie as well. I'd rather know the truth no matter how difficult it would be to hear.
